Cubby's Quinoa of the Week

If you haven't heard yet, we started serving quinoa as a side dish. Whoop! Every week there is a new and amazing mix made by our head chef, so come try it out. Oh, and ignore that little guy. He just loves our quinoa so much that he can't keep his stinkin' paws off the stuff. We've contacted local authorities about it already, you can put your phone down.

Vivint Catering

I know what you've been wondering, and yes--Cubby's caters. We're actually pretty keen on it. Just yesterday we fed a colossal amount of human beings at an event for our good pals over at Vivint. Check it out!

Good Old-Fashioned Rivalry

The Holy War between Utah and BYU was held in Provo this year. Needless to say we had quite the turnout before the game, feeding both sides of the battlefield.

Cubby's was on Studio 5 on KSL.  Don't get too star struck next time you see him.  They even called the tri tip salad "The new cafe rio salad".  Cafe Rio, do you want a duel?  Lets do it.  You can watch it here

Expansion

Our Expansion is up and running.  We've added a whole new side of 40+ seats so now you can eat like a king.  We are also expanding our line so on the weekends so you won't have to be going out the door to wait for your cubby's food.  We are also in the works of opening a store in the Meadows in American Fork, Utah.
