Lehi Store Details

Our lehi location is finally finished.  We love all the details of metal that our metal2wood guy, Scott, did.  We found the tile when we were traveling in India and managed to haul it back with us.  Our designer, Jessica Bender (at boxstreetdesign) did such an amazing job and feel are so lucky to have her.  We believe that each store should be unique in design, with each place that we go letting the space inform our design.  We have always felt that design is such a large part of the experience of dining and never want to comprise our design when building more stores.  The Spanish Fork store that we are currently working on will have more of a darker wood referring to the Spanish Fork area which is more country.  We are also working on a downtown location for Cubbys that will implement the more traditional design from the old buildings that surround the downtown area.  Eat up in style!

Greg Bawden

Meet Greg! He's essentially been here since the beginning. With about 2 years of dedication under his belt, he has been critical to our operations and has helped us develop into who we are today. He works hard as our manager in Lehi and he's definitely the best man for the job. Greg not only is an awesome leader on our team, but he also knows how to fix just about anything--so he's our handy dandy fixer-upper man too :)
